New Pro Only product: Boxes

ShipSticks has officially added boxes to the list of Pro Only products available to ship on shipsticks.com. For the time being, Pebble Beach Properties will be the only partner allowed to utilize this feature, with the hopes of rolling it out to more clubs after we have time to review the effect and gather learnings.

FAQ

• Who has access to this feature? At the start, it will only be Pebble Beach Properties with access to this feature. Over time, we may roll out to additional ShipSticks facilities.

  • Pebble Beach Pro Accounts and Admins are the only accounts with the ability to book a shipment and receive box products as an option

• Are there any requirements? If a facility has boxes enabled, that facility will need to be involved in the shipment as the origin and/or destination. This feature will not be supported for shipments where the facility of the pro is not involved.

• Do we supply the boxes? At the onset, no. We may have the ability to provide boxes to facilities if needed, but will treat this as a one-off until further notice.

• Can they ship boxes anywhere? The box products are only available for domestic shipping.

• What is the use case for this product? On-site retail purchases, excess gear, merch returns, and corporate swag/materials

• What can be shipped in the boxes? We will follow our standard guidelines as outlined below in Exhibit A

• When can we expect this feature to be rolled out to more facilities? TBD

• How do we enable this on a club admin page? The box products are available in the "Pro Only Products" of the manage clubs page.

Once this feature is activated for a club, the Pro will have access to box products when placing an order as long as their club is involved in the shipment.
