2024 Year in Review: Celebrating Growth, Success, and New Opportunities

As we bid farewell to 2024, it's the perfect time to reflect on the remarkable milestones we've achieved and the key updates that defined the year. None of these successes would have been possible without the unwavering dedication and resilience of our incredible team—both at HQ and across our remote workforce.
2024 was a year of growth, excitement, and transformation. We celebrated well-deserved promotions for Brett Hess, Charisse Doles, and Christian Rodriguez, recognizing their exceptional contributions and skills. We also welcomed several talented new hires who have already made a significant impact on our organization: Ray Popp, AJ Steimel, Liza Sweitzer, Mike Bolek, Kyle Drexler, Taylor McGowan, Jared Chipley and Ernst Estiverne. Each of these individuals has played a pivotal role in strengthening what we proudly call our sales team.
Let’s take a look back at some key wins from the past 12 months:
Ship Sticks
Pebble Beach Partnership: Successfully executed in May, opening exciting new opportunities. Pebble Beach has been a great partner already and has helped launch new iniatives such as:
In-room QR signs: All 600 guest rooms at Pebble Beach have a Ship Sticks acrylic sign and QR code on the desk. This makes it extremely easy for guests to set up a shipment home.
Key Card Inserts: Every guests receieves a Ship Sticks rack card in their key card pamplet at check-in.
Flat-Rate Group Pricing: Pebble Beach is the trial partner for our new flat-rate pricing model designed to optimize large groups and events and allow Ship Sticks to be baked into the group package cost.
Troon Partnership:
B2B shipments from Troon facilities grew by an impressive 20% this year.
Troon reached its first contractual shipment target of 3,787 B2B shipments, achieving this milestone with a few days to spare.
Additionally, Troon facilitated new business growth across its portfolio, including partners like Kierland Golf Club, Mauna Lani, Tobacco Road Golf Club, and Wickenburg Ranch.
Resorts:
The resorts division underwent a complete restructuring this year and remain strong under the leadership of Brendan Connolly, with ongoing support from the Account Management team.
Notable additions to the resort partnership program include TPC Sawgrass, McLemore Club, Kierland Golf Club, We-Ko-Pa Golf Club, and JW Marriott Desert Springs, bolstering the division's success.
Merchandise Returns:
The Account Management team rolled out a merch return initiative that resulted in over 900 shipments, a 50%+ increase from 2023.
Territory Restructure
The Account Management team took on a territory restructure to help absorb the resort's business and make room for a new National Accounts segment.
Ship Skis
Alterra Mountain Company Partnership:
Now entering year two, this partnership saw significant success in its first year, with 1,290 B2B shipments produced through Alterra Mountain Company channels.
From October to December 2024, the Ikon Pass alone surpassed last year’s total volume with over 1,300 B2B shipments—a testament to the Partner Success Team’s dedication and ability to implement impactful new ideas.
Hotel Growth:
Ship Skis added several new hotel partners in 2024, with Viceroy Snowmass leading the charge. In its inaugural year as a partner, Viceroy quickly became a top-performing partner and continues to show exceptional growth potential.
ShipGo
Resurgence in Workforce Relocation:
ShipGo found new momentum as a key player in the workforce relocation space, securing partnerships with industry leaders Altair Global Relocation and Graebel/CitySwitcher. These partnerships have already delivered over
1,200 shipments in their first year.
Altair Global Relocation Partnership:
ShipGo became an integrated solution for Altair’s managed moves program with Boeing, offering pre-paid services for 5 or 10 large boxes to new hires and transferees. This program delivered over 1,000 shipments in just seven months and is now being rolled out across Altair’s broader client base.
Cend Relocation:
ShipGo’s newest partnership with Cend Relocation shows great promise for 2025, positioning the brand for continued growth in this space.
Luggage Free
Although the brand was temporarily deprioritized from a B2C marketing perspective to prepare for the launch of Ship&Play, that didn’t slow down the dynamic duo of Podcast King Jack Burke and Travel Agent Whisperer Brett Hess. Their unwavering dedication to providing exceptional support and service to their clients not only maintained momentum but also paved the way for a major win: securing a partnership with Serandipians, a prestigious travel agent consortium representing over 500 agencies worldwide.
Ship&Play
Although the brand has yet to fully launch, the B2B team wasted no time in laying a strong foundation by securing strategic partnerships to drive its early success. In its short but promising journey, Ship&Play has already established collaborations with industry-leading partners, including CLEAR, Inspirato, and Hosts Global, setting the stage for a bright future.
As 2024 comes to a close, there’s a great deal to look forward to in 2025. The upcoming year promises exciting developments that align closely with our company’s core goals and values: same-store growth, customer delight, building for scale, and strategic customer acquisition. Here’s what’s on the horizon:
New Brand Guidelines: A fresh look is coming, with the rollout of new logos and colorways across all platforms, reflecting a cohesive and modern identity for our brands.
Innovative Products: Expanding our offerings with new solutions, such as box shipping products for Ship Sticks and Ship Skis, to better serve our customers' needs.
Enhanced Partner Support: Improved design resources and templates will enable faster turnaround times and provide even greater support for our partners.
New Sales CRM: The implementation of HubSpot, complete with workflows and sequencing, will empower our sales team to grow at scale while streamlining operations.
Exciting New Programs: Launching initiatives like Ambassador, Flat-Rate Group Offer, and Event Concierge, which are designed to expand our reach and deliver exceptional experiences.
With these advancements, 2025 is set to be a transformative year as we continue to elevate our offerings and deliver on our commitment to excellence. Let’s make it our best year yet!
