We are excited to announce that Charisse Doles has accepted the position as B2B Account Manager to support the Ship&Play, Ship Skis, ShipGo, and Luggage Free partners. After brief stints in customer service and international departments, we are excited to support her in this transition to account management and apply her skills to help improve customer satisfaction and shipment volume in these verticals.
Here is a brief background from Charisse:
I am originally from New York & have been in South Florida for nearly 18 years now enjoying all of the fun in the sun (where I learned how to free dive & spearfish). I used to be a golf pro (attempted to go on tour twice) before moving to FL and continue my golf career until a car accident took me out of the field (I still play occasionally, with gratitude). I’m an audiophile with a huge range of music tastes, love being lazy by the pool or beach, being with my fur-baby “Penny” going on adventures & traveling and Sundays are always Fun-days!
Charisse will begin her new chapter on Monday, September 23. Please be sure to congratulate her for a well-deserved promotion.
